






Three Olives Greek Restaurant has been a long sought after dream of Lakis “Lucky” Florakis for many years. Lucky, as he is affectionately known is from Karpenisi, Greece and along with his sons, Demetrios, Nicholas, and Constantine, he has made his dream come alive by offering authentic Greek food to all of Williamsburg. Three Olives offers a wide variety of authentic Greek foods. Along with the traditional favorites we offer several fresh fish, kabobs, pork chops, ribeyes, and lamb chops. This of course is only the entrée selection. Pair these with a three olives Greek salad, with fresh feta cheese and kalamata olives, and our Greek sampler and you have a meal that is sure to satisfy. We also have a full bar with handcrafted martinis and a wonderful selection of Greek wines. Finish off your meal with one of our desserts and you are sure to leave with a smile on your face and a full stomach.
Chef Thanasi Galanos joined three olives in December of 2006 and has shared his knowledge with our staff. He is an executive chef in Greek, Italian, American, and French food and is more then happy to prepare whatever is necessary to please our customers. His handmade bread is on all of our tables and his desserts will leave you with a satisfied sweet tooth.
Richard Wallace, our general manager, has eloquently prepared our dining room for a five star quality meal and he has trained our staff to give top quality service without the pretentious feel of a five star meal. He assures you a superb dining experience and strives for his staff to be the best in all aspects of fine dining while still making you feel right at home. As a second tier sommelier he is equipped with all the knowledge needed to explain every wine we offer and has graciously shared his knowledge with all of three olives’ staff. Along with his vast knowledge of wines he is also a certified chef, well versed in food presentation and quality service. He is a man on much strength and has worked very hard to make three olives a professional five star quality restaurant as well as a relaxed “fun” place to dine. Richard Wallace is a teacher and a mentor to all of the staff and is a great asset to Three Olives.
