We have prepared our servers to answer any questions that you may have. Our General Manager, Richard Wallace, is a second tier sommelier and a certified chef and is always available to assist you with anything you need. Our five-star Chef, Thanasi Galanos has put together a fabulous menu and will be more then happy to personalize any meal to your specifications. Our staff learns more and more everyday and as you can see they are learning from the best in the business.
